The ISC 20mm Medium Rigging Pulley Block is part of the Next Generation 200 Series, designed and manufactured in the UK at ISC’s North Wales facility. Developed to build upon the trusted strength and reliability of previous ISC pulleys, the 200 Series introduces significant structural improvements while retaining the performance professionals expect.

Re-engineered for increased strength

The pulley plates have been completely redesigned using advanced stress analysis tools. Material has been reshaped and redistributed within the hot forged high-strength aluminium frames to optimise load performance. Combined with a unique axle and frame interlocking design using heat-treated hardened stainless steel axles, the system reduces deformation under extreme loads. The result is a pulley rated up to 150% stronger than previous generations.

Patent pending SafeLock mechanism

The new SafeLock system builds on the reliability of ISC’s popular SpringLock closure while achieving a lower profile design. It maintains fast, intuitive operation while delivering secure locking performance suitable for demanding rigging tasks.

Built for heavy-duty rigging applications

Compatible with ropes up to 20 mm (3/4″), the pulley offers a minimum breaking strength of 300 kN and a working load limit of 60 kN. It features an anodised finish, green pulley wheel and individual serial numbering as standard. The pulley weighs 2682 g (5.9 lb).
