We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as unique spliced ropes). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials & flammable liquids. For hygiene/safety reasons, PPE (e.g., helmets or ear protection) cannot be returned once opened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if it's a size change for the same value you will be offered to do an exchange in the returns portal.
If your order is being delivered to the United Kingdom or a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period. The goods must then be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
Items must be in the same condition in which you received them — unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging — and accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order confirmation). We may make a deduction from any refund for loss in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
