Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship orders throughout the United Kingdom and worldwide.

Shipping costs, delivery times, taxes, and duties for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Processing times & cut-off

  • Order cut-off: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:00 pm are dispatched the same day (subject to stock).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery speeds

  • UK Mainland: Next working day delivery (from the day of dispatch).
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands: 2–3 working days.

Shipping rates (UK)

  • Free shipping on orders over £50.00 (ex VAT).
  • £5.99 for orders under £50.00 (ex VAT).
  • The free-shipping threshold applies before VAT and includes all items.

International shipping

International delivery times vary depending on destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Applicable shipping costs, taxes, and duties for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination. Additional customs charges may apply depending on the destination country.

International deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing or local carrier delays outside of our control.

Tracking

  • Tracked delivery is provided for most orders. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details where applicable.
  • Small, low-value items may be sent via an untracked postal service to keep costs low; tracking will not be available for those shipments.

Stock status & split shipments

  • In-stock items follow the dispatch times above.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will hold the order and dispatch everything together once complete.
  • If you would like us to ship available items immediately, contact us and we can split the order; additional shipping charges may apply.

Click & Collect (2-hour ready time)

  • Ready in 2 hours: Orders placed during business hours are usually ready to collect within 2 hours.
  • Please wait for your “Ready for collection” email before travelling.
  • Collection address: Treeworker Equipment Ltd, 17 Highview Business Centre, High Street, Bordon, GU35 0AX.
  • Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
  • Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. If someone else is collecting, please email us first to authorise the name.
  • Orders placed near closing time or outside business hours will be ready the next working day.

Delivery attempts & address information

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur redelivery charges.
  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may reattempt delivery or hold the parcel for collection.

Delays & liability

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, peak periods, access restrictions, or operational issues can cause delays.
  • Risk in the goods passes on delivery to you or a person you nominate to receive them.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

  • Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos where possible.
  • We’ll investigate promptly and arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
