Two secondary attachment holes positioned on the sides allow additional positioning options, while a large lower becket hole adds further versatility when building compound or directional hauling systems. The Janus features an aluminium alloy body paired with large aluminium alloy sheaves and a stainless steel axle, delivering strength and long-term durability. Self-lubricated brass bushings provide smooth operation with an efficiency rating of 90 percent, making the pulley well suited to light applications at low speed. The design is prusik-minding, allowing Prusik knots to be installed on either side of the pulley, with aramid cord suggested, supporting added control within hauling and rescue systems.
