Developed for professional tree work, it is built to withstand the demands of daily use while helping to protect the tree during climbing and positioning tasks. Its design supports efficient installation, controlled rope movement, and dependable performance in arborist access systems. Tree-friendly anchor protection The strap is engineered to handle the rigours of tree work while reducing damage to the tree itself. By creating a clean anchor interface, the Herbol helps minimise abrasion and friction at the contact point, supporting smoother rope movement and reducing wear on both rope and bark. This makes it well suited to repeated use in sensitive environments where tree protection is a priority. Practical installation and retrieval The Herbol features colour-coded anodised end rings in different sizes, supporting easier installation and removal from the ground when used with a length of cord and the Herbol Ball. The different ring diameters assist with controlled placement and retrieval, helping arborists set anchors efficiently without unnecessary repositioning in the canopy. Certified strength for professional use With a length of 90 cm and a strength rating of 24 kN, the CAMP Herbol Cambium / Friction Saver is designed to meet the demands of professional anchoring applications. It is certified to EN 795/B and ANSI Z133 standards, confirming suitability for recognised arborist and work-at-height practices. This combination of strength, protection, and certification supports confident use in a wide range of working scenarios.
