Intended for routine maintenance and repair, this kit allows worn or damaged connection components to be replaced while maintaining the original harness layout, movement, and comfort expected during professional arborist climbing and work positioning. Restores correct movement between hip and leg sections The hip to leg connection is a critical part of how a harness moves with the climber during ascent, repositioning, and extended periods of work at height. This replacement kit helps re-establish the intended relationship between the waist and leg loops, supporting natural articulation and consistent load distribution. Renewing these connections helps maintain predictable harness behaviour without altering adjustment settings or overall fit. Straightforward replacement as part of harness maintenance The replacement webbing straps are designed to be fitted using a simple girth-hitch method once the worn straps have been removed. This allows the connection to be restored without complex procedures, making the kit suitable for inclusion in regular inspection and maintenance routines. The supplied components allow targeted replacement of worn parts, helping keep harnesses in service without the need for full replacement. Complete kit with all required components This Hip to Leg Connection Kit includes two nylon webbing straps, four pairs of plastic rivets, two elastic loops, and an instruction manual to support correct installation. Providing all required parts in one kit helps ensure consistency during fitting and reduces downtime during repairs. By replacing individual components, arborists can extend the service life of their treeMOTION harness while maintaining comfort, control, and confidence during daily professional use.
