The tBLOCK is engineered for arboricultural rigging, offering a working load limit of 45 kN and an impressive maximum breaking strength of 225 kN. Certified in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, it is approved for handling loads during rigging operations. Suitable for ropes up to 16 mm in diameter, it provides flexibility across a wide range of lowering scenarios commonly encountered in professional tree care.

Smart Opening System and Durable Construction

Ease of use is central to the tBLOCK design. The movable side plates open and close smoothly using a threaded locking bolt and an integrated spring locking system, allowing quick rope installation while maintaining secure closure during operation. Hot forged aluminium side plates and stainless steel components deliver strength without unnecessary weight, while the distinctive matrix design reflects Teufelberger’s focus on efficiency and durability.

Efficient Performance for Repeated Use

To support consistent performance under repeated loads, the tBLOCK is fitted with a Teflon plain bearing that improves efficiency during continuous use.
