The Teufelberger pulleySAVER Cambium Saver Kit is a refined anchoring and rope-protection system designed to support smooth movement, efficient retrieval and long-term durability in professional tree care. Built around Teufelberger’s proven components, this kit allows climbing ropes to run freely while protecting the tree and reducing friction. Its thoughtful design makes installation and retrieval straightforward, even from the ground.

Smooth Rope Movement with Efficient Retrieval

At the core of the pulleySAVER is a compact Pinto pulley that allows the climbing rope to move smoothly under load. The small, lightweight Pinto supports easier uninstallation from the ground, while a larger Pinto pulley is available separately as a replacement part if required. A resilient eye assists retrieval and reliably returns to its original shape even after extensive repeated use.

Versatile Anchor Configurations in the Tree

The pulleySAVER can be attached as an anchor point in six different configurations depending on the intended application. These include use as a swinging element in a double-leg configuration, as a choke sling, wrapped or constricted in a double-leg setup, combined with a Prusik Loop with thimble, or as an equalising anchor when paired with the equaLIZA. This flexibility allows climbers to adapt their anchor setup precisely to the structure of the tree and the task at hand.

Durable Components with Replaceable Parts

The kit includes a Sirius Loop to support long service life and is supplied with a DMM retrieval cone optimised in both function and appearance. Additional application options are provided through the OD Loop 7 mm with thimble and the equaLIZA. Both the Ocean Dyneema® Loop and the Sirius Loop are available as separate replacement parts, supporting long-term use and maintenance. The pulleySAVER is supplied with Teufelberger’s patented [slaice]® for clean, reliable rope termination.
