Built for use with fibre ropes and lanyards up to 13 mm in diameter, it integrates smoothly into everyday climbing systems and technical configurations alike.

Designed Specifically for Lanyard Use

The glideHITCH was developed with lanyard performance at its core. Its compact body and carefully considered geometry allow it to sit neatly within lanyard systems, improving rope management without adding unnecessary bulk. The two angled attachment holes are a defining feature, making the pulley intuitive to rig and comfortable to use in a variety of configurations. This design approach supports smooth handling during positioning and movement in the tree.

Certified Performance and Reliable Strength

Safety and reliability are central to the glideHITCH design. The pulley is certified to EN 12278:2007 and UIAA 130 standards, providing reassurance for professional treecare use. With a maximum breaking strength of 35 kN in its weakest configuration and a working load limit of 7 kN, it delivers dependable performance under load.
