Built for landscape maintenance, it offers excellent reach, adjustable cutting angles and reliable performance in demanding conditions. Telescopic Shaft for Extended Reach The HLA 86 features a lightweight telescopic shaft adjustable from 260 cm to 330 cm using a twist-secured clamping sleeve. This allows quick, tool-free adjustment to suit different working heights, making it ideal for tall hedges and overhead cutting. Precise Cutting Performance Fitted with a 50 cm double-sided, laser-cut and diamond-ground blade, the hedge trimmer delivers clean and accurate cutting results. The cutter bar can be adjusted up to 115° (-45° to +70°), enabling flexible cutting angles for vertical, overhead and ground-level work. Efficient and Ergonomic Operation The balanced design and optimised centre of gravity reduce tilting torque, helping minimise fatigue during extended use. The ergonomic control handle with self-resetting Ergo lever allows continuous operation and is suitable for both left- and right-handed users. Flexible Speed Control and Easy Handling Infinitely variable speed control allows you to adjust performance to suit the task, providing better control and efficiency. The loop handle ensures high manoeuvrability, even in confined or complex working areas. Durable and Practical Design The cutter head folds flat for easier transport and storage. A tip protector helps prevent blade damage when working near hard surfaces, while the IPX4 rating allows use in wet and challenging weather conditions.
