The STIHL ALLPRO AP 200 P Lithium-Ion Battery is a high-performance 40 V battery developed for professional and demanding use within the STIHL ALLPRO/AP System. With an energy capacity of 222 Wh, peak power of up to 2.8 kW and a weight of just 1.4 kg, it provides an excellent balance of power, working time and lightweight handling for demanding applications including professional chainsaw work.

High performance with tabless cell technology

Part of the ALLPRO Performance series, the AP 200 P uses advanced tabless cell technology to improve the flow of energy through the battery, reducing resistance and heat generation. This supports higher power output, faster charging and improved battery longevity. CONSTANT POWER technology maintains consistent performance throughout the discharge cycle, while compatible POWER BOOST tools can access the maximum available power for the application.

Fast charging for professional productivity

The AP 200 P is designed for up to 3,000 charge cycles without loss of capacity and uses intelligent battery management to continuously monitor performance, power delivery and temperature. When paired with the STIHL AL 1802 MO fast mobile outdoor charger, it can reach 80% charge in as little as 9 minutes under optimal conditions at ambient and battery temperatures between 25°C and 40°C, helping minimise downtime during professional use.

Built for demanding working conditions

IPX5 protection provides resistance against spraying water from all directions, supporting daily professional use in rainy conditions. The battery operates across a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C, with a cold start function that protects and warms the cells before delivering full power in low temperatures. It is compatible with STIHL AL 1802 MO, AL 101, AL 301, AL 301-4 and AL 501 chargers.
