Its compact form allows it to integrate neatly into climbing systems where reliable adjustment and predictable handling are required. Controlled adjustment for work positioning tasks The Mini Rope Grab functions as a lanyard length adjuster, allowing users to fine-tune their position while maintaining stability. When fitted to a compatible lanyard, it supports controlled movement along the rope, helping climbers maintain effective positioning during work. This controlled adjustment is particularly useful during tasks that require frequent changes in stance or reach. Bolted cam design for predictable operation The device uses a bolted cam with an internal spring to provide smooth and consistent adjustment along the rope. This mechanism supports reliable engagement and release during use, helping users manage lanyard length with confidence. The construction is designed to operate as part of an approved climbing system, contributing to predictable performance when used correctly. Compatibility and compliance within approved systems The Stein Mini Rope Grab is designed for use on 11.0 mm to 12.4 mm rope and is intended to be used only with approved Stein lanyards.
