Scannable Squircle On-Metal NFC Tag 17mm x 17mm (50 Pack)

Scannable Squircle On-Metal NFC Tag 17mm x 17mm (50 Pack)

The Scannable Squircle On-Metal NFC Tag 17 mm x 17 mm (50 Pack) is a compact, self-adhesive NFC tagging solution designed for small metal equipment. Featuring an improved adhesive layer, enhanced chip protection and a durable outer coating, the Squircle provides a reliable way to identify and track gear using NFC-enabled devices.

Designed for small metal equipment

The Squircle tag is engineered specifically for use on metal surfaces. Its compact 17 mm x 17 mm format makes it suitable for tagging smaller pieces of climbing hardware and equipment where space is limited while still allowing quick NFC scanning.

Improved durability and chip protection

This updated design features strengthened adhesive layers, epoxy protection over the internal microchip and a more robust top layer. These improvements help increase durability in demanding environments where equipment may be frequently handled.

Best placement for reliable performance

For optimal performance, Squircle tags should be placed in well-protected, low-impact areas of the equipment. Avoid positioning them on edges, corners or locations that may receive direct knocks. When used on soft goods such as webbing, a protective layer between the tag and the material is recommended. Heat shrink can be used as an additional protective covering if required.
