The Reecoil Full-Reach Chainsaw Strop / Lanyard is a professional tool lanyard designed specifically for top-handle climbing chainsaws. Developed by climbers for climbers, it delivers exceptional freedom of movement by extending well beyond the reach of traditional lanyards while recoiling neatly to a compact length when not under tension, helping arborists work more efficiently throughout the canopy.

Maximum reach for unrestricted climbing

Designed to provide full working reach with either arm, the Full-Reach lanyard extends from a compact 55 cm to over 150 cm during use. This extended range allows arborists to make awkward cuts more comfortably without being restricted by their chainsaw attachment. Once released, the REECOIL system retracts the lanyard back to its compact size, reducing snagging and keeping excess webbing under control while climbing.

Flexible attachment for top-handle chainsaws

The Full-Reach offers two attachment methods to suit different climbing preferences. The chainsaw can be connected to the rear D-ring using a girth hitch or attached directly to the top handle using the integrated secondary loop. This versatile design allows the saw to hang higher on the harness for improved balance while also making one-handed attachment to popular tool holders such as the Petzl Caritool and Rock Exotica Transporter quick and straightforward.
