The Protos Integral Arborist Helmet Set is designed specifically for professional chainsaw work at height where a mountaineering standard helmet is required. Certified to EN12492, the helmet provides secure head protection for arborists working in demanding environments while maintaining exceptional comfort and stability throughout the working day.

Designed for arborist safety at height

The helmet includes a chin strap and Crash Absorber system to ensure it remains securely in place during climbing operations. Unlike traditional helmets that may shift or slip during movement, the Protos Integral Arborist is designed to stay firmly positioned, helping arborists maintain focus and concentration while working.

Secure fit with advanced adjustment system

The Protos helmet offers a precise and comfortable fit through an adjustable system with up to 20 different size settings. Once adjusted, the helmet maintains its fit without needing constant readjustment. The patented neck cradle system supports the back of the head and helps stabilise the helmet without excessive pressure.

Protection from vertical and horizontal impacts

The unique shell design distributes impact energy across a wider area to help reduce the force transmitted to the head. The helmet protects against both vertical and horizontal impacts, offering comprehensive protection during tree work and climbing operations.

Integrated ventilation and comfort system

An adjustable ventilation slider on the crown allows airflow to circulate around the head during warm conditions. The slider can be closed in colder or wet weather, and will detach from the helmet shell in the event of a direct impact to reduce transmitted force.

KlimaAir comfort padding

KlimaAir absorption pads located on the crown, neck and headband help transport moisture away from the head to improve comfort during extended use. The pads can be removed and washed at 30°C to maintain hygiene.
