Designed for efficient tree care positioning

The Zillon is intended for use in double mode on the harness side attachment points, or in single mode on the ventral attachment point with the hand on the free end of the lanyard. This flexibility allows arborists to adapt their positioning setup to suit different working angles and anchor locations. In double mode, load is distributed comfortably across the harness belt, while single mode supports controlled positioning when working directly below an anchor.

One handed adjustment under load

The adjustment device allows the lanyard length to be easily modified using one hand, even when loaded. Progressive locking and unlocking action supports smooth control without sudden movement, helping maintain balance and stability while repositioning. A pulley mounted on sealed ball bearings allows slack to be taken up efficiently, supporting fluid movement during frequent adjustments in the tree.

Durable construction for extended service life

The Zillon is built using a combination of stainless steel, aluminium, plastic, and polyester components to balance strength, durability, and weight. Steel friction elements are integrated to limit wear during repeated use, helping extend the working life of the lanyard.
