Built for higher loads, it is particularly suited to situations involving two-person use, where reliable rotation and system alignment are essential for safety and efficiency. Its robust construction supports demanding arborist and access work where predictable behaviour under load matters. Reliable rotation for complex rope systems The Swivel – Large allows the load to rotate freely without transferring twist into the rope or lanyard. This is especially important when loads turn on themselves during movement, positioning, or hauling. By isolating rotation at the connection point, the swivel helps reduce rope kinking, tangling, and unwanted friction, supporting smoother operation and easier handling throughout the task. High performance sealed bearing design Equipped with maintenance-free sealed ball bearings, the Swivel – Large delivers consistent rotational performance over time. This bearing system supports smooth movement even under higher loads, helping maintain efficiency during prolonged use. The sealed design protects internal components from dirt and moisture, contributing to long-term reliability in challenging outdoor working environments. Built for higher loads and multi-connector setups Designed for two-person loads, the Swivel – Large offers increased strength and connection capacity compared to smaller models. Up to three connectors can be attached at the ends, allowing flexible system configuration when integrating multiple components. With a breaking strength of 36 kN and a weight of 150 g, it balances robustness with manageable system weight for professional use.
