Its circular shape allows the ring to function effectively in all directions, supporting predictable performance across a wide range of arborist and work positioning setups. This makes it particularly well suited to professional systems where components remain installed for extended periods. Designed for stable semi-permanent connections The gated construction allows controlled installation and removal while maintaining the advantages of a closed ring once in place. This design supports semi-permanent use, reducing unwanted movement within the system and helping maintain clean, organised configurations. The round profile distributes loads evenly, supporting balanced force application regardless of direction. Optimised shape for consistent multi-directional loading The circular form allows equipment to align naturally under load, helping avoid uneven wear or poor orientation. With equal major and minor axis strength rated at 23 kN, the ring performs consistently regardless of how it is loaded. This makes it suitable for professional systems where direction of force may change during use. Wide opening for sewn rope terminations An 11 mm opening allows easy installation of ropes with sewn terminations, supporting clean integration into climbing and positioning systems. This makes the ring practical for modern arborist setups where factory-terminated ropes are commonly used. The aluminium construction balances strength and durability while keeping overall weight to 70 g.
