Reinforced wirecore construction for tree work

The Microflip lanyard features an internal steel cable core that significantly reduces the risk of accidental severing during chainsaw use. This wirecore construction also gives the lanyard enough rigidity to move smoothly around the trunk, while remaining supple enough for efficient handling. The reinforced rope supports consistent positioning during ascent, descent, and lateral movement.

Efficient adjustment with stable handling

Length adjustment is managed using the ergonomic MICROGRAB cam-loaded rope clamp, allowing quick and precise positioning with minimal effort. The lanyard stores compactly on the harness while maintaining sufficient structure to facilitate movement around the tree. Plastic sheaths at each end help keep connectors correctly oriented, supporting predictable loading during use.

Designed for durability and long-term use

The reinforced rope sheath is bonded directly to the internal cable, improving durability and extending service life under demanding conditions. End sections are protected against abrasion by integrated plastic sheaths, helping maintain performance over time. The system can also be used with a MICRO SWIVEL to help reduce twisting, and the reinforced rope is available as a replacement part to support ongoing maintenance.
