Assisted movement for single rope techniques

The system is designed to work directly with single rope climbing setups, supporting upward progress by helping raise the climbing system during ascent. An upper strap connects to the mechanical Prusik, allowing the ZIGZAG or ZIGZAG PLUS and CHICANE unit to be advanced efficiently. This configuration helps maintain momentum on longer climbs and supports a more energy-efficient ascent when combined with compatible foot ascenders.

Integrated rope clamp and boot connection

A CROLL L rope clamp is integrated into the Knee Ascent Clip, providing reliable rope engagement and smooth progression on EN 1891 type A low stretch kernmantel ropes. The lower strap connects securely to the sewn webbing on the top of the arborist’s boot, keeping the system correctly aligned throughout movement. This arrangement supports stable tracking on ropes between 8 and 13 mm in diameter, helping maintain consistent performance during ascent.

Adjustable system for professional durability

The Knee Ascent Clip is quick to install and remove thanks to its connectors and adjustment buckles, making it practical for daily use on site.
