Petzl Grillon Replacement Work Positioning Rope

Petzl Grillon Replacement Work Positioning Rope

The Petzl Grillon Replacement Work Positioning Rope is designed as a direct replacement component for the Petzl Grillon Adjustable Lanyard, supporting continued use of professional work positioning systems. Intended for work at height applications, this replacement rope allows users to restore the functionality of their existing Grillon system without replacing the complete lanyard. It is suited to arborists and rope access professionals who rely on precise adjustment and dependable positioning during daily tasks.

Designed specifically for the Grillon system

This replacement rope is manufactured for use with the Petzl Grillon Adjustable Lanyard and is intended to integrate seamlessly with the original adjustment mechanism. When installed, it supports the same smooth and precise length adjustment required for comfortable positioning at the work station. Its compatibility ensures that the Grillon system continues to perform as intended within professional work positioning setups.

Supports single and double mode positioning

When fitted to the Grillon Adjustable Lanyard, the replacement rope allows the system to be used in either single or double mode, depending on the chosen configuration. In double mode, the lanyard can be connected to the harness side attachment points to support balanced load distribution when working with weight on the feet. In single mode, it can be attached to the ventral point when the anchor is positioned above the user, helping distribute load between the belt and leg loops for stable positioning.

Maintains precise adjustment and working comfort

The replacement rope enables the Grillon’s fine adjustment system to continue delivering accurate length control during use. This supports comfortable and stable work positioning, particularly during extended periods at the work station. By restoring the core rope component of the system, users can maintain confidence in their setup while continuing to work efficiently within established safety procedures.
