Featuring a unique patented interlocking design, it can be used as a single wedge or separated into two individual wedges, giving professional arborists greater flexibility while minimising the space required on the harness. Two wedges in one compact design Unlike traditional pocket wedges, the Notch Dual Wedge features an innovative hinged interlocking design that allows the two halves to remain connected for storage or separate into two individual wedges when required. This gives climbers the convenience of carrying two wedges while using only a single attachment point on the harness, helping keep equipment organised without adding unnecessary bulk. Designed for efficient climbing work The compact profile makes the Dual Wedge ideal for aerial cutting where space on the harness is limited. It fits most carabiners and tool carriers, ensuring it remains easily accessible throughout the working day. Whether used as a single wedge or as two separate wedges, it performs its primary role of helping keep the kerf open and reducing the likelihood of guide bar pinching during cutting operations. Lightweight and practical for everyday use Manufactured in the UK, the Notch Dual Wedge measures 108 mm x 50 mm and weighs approximately 0.15 lb, making it light enough for everyday climbing while remaining easy to locate and handle when needed. Its clever design provides a practical solution for professional arborists who want versatile equipment without sacrificing valuable harness space.
