The Notch Catalyst Climbing Harness is a professional arborist climbing harness developed to deliver exceptional comfort, support, and equipment organisation for long days in the canopy. Featuring custom EVA moulded padding, multiple adjustment points, and numerous rated attachment locations, it provides a secure and highly adaptable platform for climbing, work positioning, and tree care operations.

Designed for all-day climbing comfort

Custom EVA moulded back and leg panels incorporate integrated ventilation channels to improve airflow and comfort throughout the working day. Multiple adjustment points across the waist, rise, and leg loops allow the harness to be tailored for an accurate fit, while the custom flared side D-rings are positioned for intuitive clipping during work positioning. The Sterling rope bridge incorporates the patented Wear Safe™ ring, providing a dedicated connection point for compatible climbing systems.

The Catalyst is equipped with multiple rated connection points and moulded gear loops to keep climbing equipment organised and readily accessible. Additional connection points support accessories, while Scannable compatibility provides track and trace functionality for equipment management. Weighing approximately 4.7 lb, the harness combines robust construction with a practical layout designed specifically for professional arborists.

Certified performance with adjustable sizing

The Catalyst complies with the requirements of ANSI Z133-12 and CE EN358/813, and meets qualification testing requirements 25.4.1 and 25.4.2 of ASTM F887-23. It is available in two sizes: Size 1 fits waist measurements from 80–110 cm with leg loops from 60–75 cm, while Size 2 fits waist measurements from 96–132 cm with leg loops from 66–82 cm.
