The ISC Squirrel Flex Tether is designed to deliver the optimal balance of rigidity and flexibility for SRT climbing with a Rope Wrench. Developed to minimise unwanted slack in the climbing system, it provides a firm and stable connection while maintaining controlled movement where needed.

Rigid yet flexible polymer construction

The Squirrel Flex is manufactured from high-quality kernmantle rope and over-moulded with an advanced polymer. This creates a rigid tether with just the right amount of flex, supporting efficient rope wrench function and smooth system alignment during ascent.

Sewn eyes for secure connection

The sewn eyes are designed to offer a snug fit, firmly holding the karabiner and providing an optimal connection to your rope wrench. Contrasting stitching enhances visibility, allowing easy inspection during routine equipment checks.

Strength and certified performance

The Squirrel Flex Tether has a minimum breaking strength of 24 kN and weighs 113 g. It measures 310 mm in height and is CE certified to PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 when used as part of ISC Kit KT282. It also complies with ANSI Z133 and UKCA requirements.
