The ISC APEX With Squirrel FLEX Tether & Accessory Carabiner is a complete SRT configuration designed to deliver controlled friction, compact system alignment and reliable connection within a rope wrench set-up. The KT300A1 kit includes the APEX Wrench, a 12″ Squirrel FLEX Tether and a KL100 Accessory Karabiner.

APEX Rope Wrench performance

The APEX Wrench supports SRT climbing on 11–13 mm (7/16″–1/2″) rope. It offers adjustable friction performance and mid-line attachment capability, helping climbers maintain efficient ascent and controlled descent within a streamlined system.

Squirrel FLEX Tether for optimal rigidity

The 12″ Squirrel FLEX Tether is constructed from high-quality kernmantle rope, over-moulded with an advanced polymer to create a rigid tether with controlled flex. Sewn eyes are designed to hold the karabiner snugly, reducing unwanted slack and maintaining alignment within the system. Contrasting stitching improves inspection visibility.

KL100 accessory karabiner

The hot forged KL100 Accessory Karabiner, rated to 9 kN (2023 lbf) MBS, provides a direct connection between the chest harness and SRT system, supporting tidy and efficient system configuration.
