The ISC 16mm Small Rigging Pulley Block is part of the Next Generation 200 Series, designed and manufactured in the UK at ISC’s North Wales facility. Developed to enhance the trusted strength and reliability of ISC rigging pulleys, the 200 Series introduces significant structural improvements while maintaining dependable performance for demanding rigging operations.

Re-engineered forged aluminium frame

The pulley plates have been redesigned using advanced stress analysis tools to reshape and redistribute material within the hot forged high-strength aluminium frames. This optimisation significantly improves performance under load. A unique axle and frame interlocking system, using heat-treated hardened stainless steel axles, reduces flex and deformation when subjected to extreme forces.

Patent pending SafeLock system

The new SafeLock locking mechanism builds upon ISC’s well-known SpringLock system. It maintains quick and intuitive operation while achieving a low profile design, delivering secure and reliable locking performance suited to professional rigging tasks.

High strength for heavy-duty rigging

Compatible with ropes up to 16 mm (5/8″), the pulley offers a minimum breaking strength of 250 kN and a working load limit of 50 kN. The anodised body is fitted with an orange pulley wheel, and each unit is individually serial numbered for traceability. Weighing 1887 g (4.1 lb), it is built to withstand the toughest rigging jobs.
