The DMM x Treeworker Captain Hook Kit is an innovative positioning tool designed to support modern arborist work techniques. Based on the trusted DMM hook design, this version has been refined to improve stability and expand work positioning options during complex climbing and rigging tasks.

The Captain Hook is a self-orientating, high-strength throwing hook that acts as a positioning aid in the canopy. It enables arborists to establish temporary anchor points remotely, allowing controlled movement and improved positioning when working across challenging sections of a tree.

Self-Orientating Design for Reliable Placement

The integrated shackle reduces friction and allows the hook to pivot naturally onto anchors up to 90 mm in diameter. This design helps achieve consistent and reliable placement, even when accessing awkward or hard-to-reach anchor points.
