The DMM Revolver Locksafe 3 Way Carabiner is a versatile connector that combines a lightweight aluminium carabiner with an integrated pulley wheel to improve rope efficiency across a wide range of professional and recreational applications. Finished in Titanium and Green, it is used for tasks such as counterweight rescues, hauling equipment, clipping tight lines, and deviating running ropes. The addition of a locking gate provides extra security where controlled attachment is required.

The Revolver’s built in pulley wheel allows ropes to run more efficiently through the carabiner, helping reduce friction and rope drag. This is particularly beneficial at changes of direction, where efficiency losses can quickly build. The pulley wheel also supports the creation of lightweight hauling systems, converting more input effort into movement. It is functional with loads up to 11 kN, making it suitable for personal hauling and rescue style setups.

Secure locking with snag free handling

A Locksafe auto-locking gate provides added security by requiring three distinct actions to open. This helps reduce the risk of accidental opening during use while remaining practical for experienced users. The keylock nose design eliminates a traditional gate notch, creating a clean internal profile that reduces snagging on ropes, slings, bolts, and gear, and supports smoother clipping and unclipping within systems.

The Revolver is manufactured using I-Beam construction through hot forging, allowing material to be removed where it is not needed without compromising strength. This results in an efficient balance of performance and weight, with the carabiner weighing 70 g. It delivers a 24 kN major axis strength, 8 kN minor axis strength, and 8 kN gate open strength, all within compact dimensions of 60 x 109 mm. The carabiner is certified to EN362 B, EN12275 B, and UIAA 121 standards.
