The DMM PerfectO Locksafe 3 Way Carabiner is a compact, true oval connector designed to minimise eye to eye length while maintaining practical usability in professional climbing and work positioning systems. Its symmetrical oval profile promotes effective centring of loads, making it particularly suitable for systems where balance and predictable orientation are important. The PerfectO retains a strong construction and supports confident one handed handling during setup and use.

Compact oval profile for balanced load management

The true oval shape of the PerfectO helps loads naturally centre within the basket, reducing uneven loading and improving system stability. This balanced behaviour is especially beneficial when multiple components are attached or when consistent alignment is required. The fully rounded rope bearing areas are designed to reduce wear, supporting increased longevity of both the carabiner and connected ropes during repeated use.

Efficient construction with reduced overall length

The PerfectO is the smallest Locksafe gated carabiner produced by DMM and is 14 mm shorter than an Ultra O while remaining fully usable. Measuring 56 x 95 mm and weighing 66 g, it offers a compact solution where reduced system length is beneficial. I Beam technology is used only in non rope bearing areas, allowing strength to be maintained without adding unnecessary bulk or weight.

Locksafe gate with snag free handling

The 3 Way Locksafe gate requires three distinct actions to open, helping reduce the risk of accidental opening during professional use. A 15 mm gate opening supports controlled clipping, while the keylock nose design allows smooth, snag free operation when connecting or removing the carabiner. The PerfectO offers a major axis strength of 24 kN, with 7 kN strength on both the minor axis and with the gate open, and conforms to EN 12275:2013 X/B and EN 362:2004 B standards.
