Built for professional tree rigging, it supports lifting, lowering, redirects, and complex multi-rope systems while providing controlled friction and exceptional strength for demanding dismantling operations.

Versatile rigging for simple and complex operations

The Donut is designed to adapt to a wide range of rigging scenarios without the need for multiple specialist devices. The large sheave can be used for lifting or moving loads with minimal friction, while the central stainless steel ring provides controlled friction for lowering operations. Both sections can be used simultaneously, allowing two ropes to operate independently during complex rigging situations such as controlled load transfers or heavy sectional dismantling.

High strength with lightweight construction

Manufactured with hard anodised aluminium side plates and sheave alongside a stainless steel inner ring and spacers, the Donut combines durability with an excellent weight-to-performance ratio. Weighing just 1.6 kg, it offers a Working Load Limit of 80 kN through the sheave and 60 kN through the inner ring. It accommodates ropes up to 22 mm in diameter, or 14 mm when using a splice, making it suitable for a wide variety of professional rigging systems.

Purpose-built for efficient arborist rigging

Its compact circular design helps prevent incorrect positioning and reduces the risk of overhanging during installation. The symmetrical shape allows multiple rigging configurations using several slings or anchor points, including between two axes where positioning accuracy is important.
